How Our Managed Service Works: Transparent & Effective.

Our unique MSP model ensures you get top talent efficiently and transparently. We partner with leading resourcing agencies to leverage their networks, meaning you benefit from a wider selection of qualified candidates.For our nursery clients: We charge a flat fee of 8% of the annual salary for all successful placements. This simple, upfront cost covers our comprehensive service.For our agency partners: We share our success, allocating 5% of the annual fee to the partnering agency that provides the successful candidate. Little Oak Talent retains 3% for managing the entire process, quality control, and ongoing support.This collaborative approach means you get unparalleled access to talent while we manage the entire recruitment journey for you.Three simple steps to your dream team:
